1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using OmniStream ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

OmniStream is an IPTV player application that allows you to view content from IPTV services and M3U playlists that you configure. OmniStream is a player only — we do not provide, host, stream, or control any media content.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Content Sources
You are solely responsible for the IPTV services and playlists you add to the app, ensuring you have legal authorization to access any content you view, and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding media streaming.

3.2 Account Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any playlist credentials you enter into the app. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.3 Lawful Use
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the app to access content you are not authorized to view, in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Content Disclaimer

4.1 No Content Responsibility
OmniStream does not provide, host, control, or endorse any content accessed through the app. All content is provided by third-party IPTV services configured by you, the user. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

4.2 No Content Verification
We do not verify, screen, or monitor the content available through IPTV services. The availability of any content through the app does not imply our endorsement or that such content is legal in your jurisdiction.

4.3 Parental Advisory
Some content accessible through IPTV services may not be suitable for all audiences. Parental discretion is advised. The app includes optional parental controls, but these are provided as a convenience only and may not filter all inappropriate content. You as the user are responsible for selecting what content you wish to control access to.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

5.1 Premium Features
Certain features of OmniStream require a paid subscription ("OmniStream Premium" or "OmniStream Pro"). Subscription options and pricing are displayed within the app.

5.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed through Google Play. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Google Play’s terms of service and payment terms.

5.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.

5.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to Google Play’s refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will apply to subsequent billing periods and not to the current period.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App Ownership
OmniStream and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Zantiq Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6.3 Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, remove any copyright or proprietary notices, or use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 “As Is” Basis
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that the app will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that any content will be available or accessible, or that any errors in the app will be corrected.

7.3 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for any third-party IPTV services, their availability, content quality, or any issues arising from their use.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zantiq Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zantiq Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you access through the app.

10. Termination

10.1 By You
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

10.2 By Us
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your license to use the app will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the last updated date. Your continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zantiq Labs regarding the app and supersede any prior agreements.
